今年の紅葉の見頃は12月半ばでした！
毎年遅くなる紅葉の旬の時期ですが、
今年の紅葉は､12月になってようやく綺麗に色づきました。
寒い日でしたが、
写生や写真撮影の人も多かったですね…

In the inn “Satoyama Jujo” with hot springs,
They are serving just now the delicious new rice
which was produced this autumun.

1年に一度は食べたいパリの旬
日本の牡蠣とは違って平べったい牡蠣ですが、
何とも味の濃い、新鮮で美味しい生牡蠣。

In Paris we want to have a seasonal taste !
Oyster in Paris is completely different shape from Japan’s ,
But raw oysters with lemon juice to eat is very fresh
and delicious with rich taste.
This has been happened in Café De La Paix in October 2015,
in front of Opera Theatre in Paris.

キラキラ輝いていた青春、時は過ぎ去り…

数えきれないほど通ったスイスのフリーブル、
20歳代の後半、大学時代をフランスで過ごしながら
せっせとスイスに通っていた頃、
好きな友人たちと遊びながら、何も考えずにただ楽しかったなぁ～！！！！
そんな時代もありました。

「日本の娘」として可愛がってくれた友人の父親が今年の5月に旅立ち、
母はすでに他界、これで私の「スイスの両親」もいなくなりました。
今回は、その偉大なる父親のお墓参り。
彼らご家族には何千回のお礼を言っても足りない、
Plaffeien 村は、私の輝いていた青春時代の夢物語の舞台でした。

My brilliant younger days, however time goes by…
Fribourg in Switzerland where I frequently go & from
at the second half of twenties,
just enjoyed and happy without thinking the future with my
favorite friends there,
but mother of my friend has passed before and
in this year in May father died.
In this visit in Fribourg this is for visiting to grave,
saying appreciate deeply from my heart..
Plaffeien where I spent my younger’s days is my Theater
And will keep these memories in my heart forever.
