スパで180分のトリートメントを受けた後、
ヘロヘロになってそのまま客室へ直行でベッドイン。
早朝目が覚めてから1時間、
6時半ころから始まった束の間の朝焼けショーに、
ただ言葉を失いました！！

After the Spa treatment of 180 minutes,
Got tired completely and went to bed immediately.
One hour after waking up early in the morning,
At the morning glow show which started in around 6:30am,
I just lost my words! !

やっぱり軽井沢の秋は美しい！
夕暮れから夜へ・秋の「星のや軽井沢」
世界のどこの国よりも、日本の四季は感動的！
ここ軽井沢にももうすぐ冬が訪れそうです、
今日の朝は相当寒い、0度くらい…
パリッと乾いた清浄な空気は本当に快適でした。
天気は快晴、またとない晩秋の1日 in KARUIZAWA.

After all the autumn of KARUIZAWA is beautiful！
Four Seasons in Japan is so beautiful !
Here in KARUIZAWA it will become winter soon.
Today’s morning is so cold degree…
It was quiet pure & dry air under the blue sky,
Just comfortable !!!!
I enjoyed very much the day in the late autumn.

こんなに綺麗！！
ちょっぴり早い小さい秋・イン・新宿御苑
淡い紅葉
快晴の美しい青空の下、久しぶりの新宿御苑へ。
手術やらリハビリやら、仕事やら…
徒歩3分の千駄ヶ谷門が遠かったのです。
でももう、70％回復かな！
気を付けながらも歩いて御苑の散策30分。
まだ2週間ほど早い紅葉でしたが、
木々は本当にきれいに色づき始めていましたよ～！

So beautiful !!
Early Autumn in Shinjuku-Gyoen
Under the perfect blue sky, I went to Shinjuku-Gyoen.
I couldn’t go there for a long time
because of my surgery of my hip-joint and Hospitalization.
Even though just 3 minutes to approach from my apartment…
But I feel 70% recovered on me.
So for 30 minutes I took a walk in the autumn Garden.
A bit too early for Colorful leaves,
But some trees are beginning to color up beautifully !
