こんなに綺麗！！
ちょっぴり早い小さい秋・イン・新宿御苑
淡い紅葉
快晴の美しい青空の下、久しぶりの新宿御苑へ。
手術やらリハビリやら、仕事やら…
徒歩3分の千駄ヶ谷門が遠かったのです。
でももう、70％回復かな！
気を付けながらも歩いて御苑の散策30分。
まだ2週間ほど早い紅葉でしたが、
木々は本当にきれいに色づき始めていましたよ～！

So beautiful !!
Early Autumn in Shinjuku-Gyoen
Under the perfect blue sky, I went to Shinjuku-Gyoen.
I couldn’t go there for a long time
because of my surgery of my hip-joint and Hospitalization.
Even though just 3 minutes to approach from my apartment…
But I feel 70% recovered on me.
So for 30 minutes I took a walk in the autumn Garden.
A bit too early for Colorful leaves,
But some trees are beginning to color up beautifully !

「Ananda in the Himalayas」！

北インドの修験者の町リシケシュから山に入り、
上り詰めた山頂にある村
Narendra Nagar Tehri – Garhwal に向かうと、
その山頂の広大な土地に、「アナンダ・イン・ザ・ヒマラヤズ」があります。
行きたくてもなかなか行けないハイダウェイですが、
究極のスパホテルを挙げるなら、真っ先にここを挙げます。
行きたくてもなかなか行けないハイダウェイ。
2度目となる渡航でした。
本格的なアーユルヴェーダにどっぷりと浸かる日々、
眼下にはキラキラと光る大河ガンガー(ガンジス河)と、
少し奥へと進めば遠くにはヒマラヤの銀峰が…。
清浄で神秘的な空気は、人を癒す力があるようです。

From 3rd to 4th in September, we went to Shirahama.
Brilliant Resort has opened there in April 2017,
「INFINITO HOTEL & SPA」
Panoramic view, wonderful Hot Springs, Gourmet food.
And especially a warm hospitality in Japanese way was impressed.
We had a comfortable stay !!!
