信州安曇野のわさび漬
安曇野といったら「大王わさび農場」で知られるように
水がきれいなことから「わさび」生産が有名。

それで、この1年間、色々と食べてみたのですが、
この「大国屋わさび園」の手作りわさび漬けが
一番のお気に入り。
手作りで量り売り、今時、土間に入ってあれこれと注文します。
懐かしい商売がまだ生きています。

WASABI-Zuke made in Azumino
Azumino is known for its ‘Daio Wasabi Farm’.
It is famous for its ‘wasabi’ production due to its clean water.

So I tried various kinds of wasabi since my moving to Azumino,
The handmade wasabi pickles from this ‘Daikokuya Wasabi Farm’ are my favourite.
It is handmade and sold by weight, and nowadays you can go into the earthen floor and order this and that.
The nostalgic business is still alive.
